- Manage the front desk duties such as appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payments.
- Upsell products and services to clients based on their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas.
- Engage in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Aesthetician with relevant certifications and experience in the beauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Proven track record of upselling products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently.
