Within this position, your key responsibilities will be:
Accountable for the accuracy of work undertaken and information provided.

To ensure that correct processes are being followed and to alert the appropriate manager to ensure compliance.

This position is Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week. 08:00 - 14:30.
- This is a continuous role, giving you, ongoing work._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing & maintaining a planned maintenance programme and keeping appropriate records.
- Deep cleaning all equipment as necessary, including ovens, bratt pans, dish washers and mixing machines.
- This involves a close liaison with the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain all aspects of the building on a day-to-day basis.
- Testing and maintaining all inspection and testing equipment in accordance with quality procedures and maintaining records.
- Close liaison with external contractors when on site and site supervisor.
- Assisting in boxing up area when required-this involves working in cold conditions and in a freezer.
- To carry out all duties and responsibilities with a can-do attitude.

**The post holder will perform any duty or task that is appropriate for the role described.**

**Education and Knowledge**:

- Good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies and procedures. Training can be provided.

**Experience**:

- DIY/Maintenance skills.
- Experience of working to deadlines and targets.

**This position is £9.50 per hour.**
