**Marketing technology assistant/Administrator**

As Marketing Technology Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the Global Marketing & BD Operations team in achieving the M&BD strategy.

You will work within a global team and be responsible for working with relevant team members to support 3 key areas - MarTech including CRM and Website, Marketing Analysis, and Global M&BD Operational strategy.

**Key responsibilities**
- Marketing Technology
- Maintaining and enhancing data in Marketing systems, databases and online platforms, including the CRM system (Interaction). Processing data change management tickets and providing support to users as necessary. In addition, customising and drawing down reports from the CRM system.
- Supporting MarTech Executive and Senior Manager in firm adoption, implementation and training, and ongoing utilisation, review and refresh of MarTech as needed.
- Marketing Analysis
- Ability to create and run reports and support Global Marketing Analyst as required.
- Global M&BD Operational strategy
- Supporting Global Head of M&BD Operations on distinct initiatives driving M&BD efficiency and best practice across the global business.

- At least one year of professional experience is preferred.
- An understanding of content management systems and CRM databases is required for this role.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HTML and CSS is essential.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. InterAction), mailing automation platforms, web platforms (e.g. Sitecore, Joomla, Sharepoint, etc.) and web development preferred.
- A confident, mature professional, who can demonstrate versatility and adaptability in a high-paced, collaborative environment.
- A strong team player capable of building good working relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Skilled in data analysis and data storytelling abilities.
- Great organisational, planning and project management skills and the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter who brings a positive energy

Walkers offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career progression and an excellent remuneration package, including a discretionary performance based bonus, pension and fully covered health insurance for employees and 5 weeks' vacation. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications, experience, and will be in the range of US$50,000.00 to US$60,000.00.
