**Security Alarm Installation Technician**

Our client, a SSAIB accredited family-run security firm based in Caterham, Surrey, is looking for an experienced and skilled Security Alarm Installation Technician to join their growing team, As a security alarm installation technician, you will be responsiblefor providing high-quality security solutions to clients, from installation to maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Installing and maintaining security alarm systems for residential and commercial properties
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with alarm systems
- Conducting site surveys to assess security needs and provide recommendations for alarm systems
- Keeping up to date with new technology and industry developments
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of installations and maintenance work
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Security Alarm Installation Technician
- Knowledge of security alarm systems and components, including burglar alarms, fire alarms, and CCTV systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving license
- Satisfactory DBS check
