Bodyshop Receptionist

Full time Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.15pm Receptionist and customer advisor - for the bodyshop industry.
Job description is:
- To ensure the efficient running of the Reception promoting the image of the Company.
- Promote good customer relations by handling queries and complaints in an efficient and caring manner.
- Answer Incoming Telephone calls.
- To ensure excellent administration of individual Work Provider requirements. Management System, Internal Reporting & Customer Requirements.
- To ensure Customers are fully aware of any financial liabilities that they are responsible for prior to repairs commencing.
- To control the Courtesy Car Fleet.
- To Manage Driver Team including Transport logistics & ensuring vehicle check in system for Customer & Courtesy Cars is followed consistently.
- To accurately record new bookings and maintaining the booking record.
- To carry out vehicle checks on Customer and Courtesy Vehicles when coming in for repair and upon completion of the repairs.
- To assist in Customer communication throughout repair cycle, this may include updating Customers of repair progress, parts delays, technical delays, etc.
- To inform Customers when repairs are completed and make arrangements for Collection/Delivery including all relevant administration.
- Present invoices for payment by customers. Ensure that all payments are made in line with the company’s financial policy regarding credit, discounts, cheques and credit cards.
- To take payments from customers.

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- motor trade: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
