**What is the main purpose of the role?**
Your key focus in the role of Conference Crew is to ensure that all our guests receive the agreed high standards of service and customer care. The Conference Crew team are responsible for setting up, organising, servicing and closing down our Meetings and Events spaces. You will assist with unloading trucks, assembling equipment and moving equipment around the hotel. You will be responsible for the cleanliness, safety and stroage of our equipment.
This is a full time position based on rota shifts five days a week, the ability to work evenings and weekends is key.
To be successful in this team, it is essential that you can demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail. While the role of Conference Crew does not involve constant, direct contact with guests, you must demonstrate an ability to deliver excellent customer service and have strong communicaiton skills, understanding that the guest experience is at the heart of everything we do.

**De Vere Beaumont Estate** set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds.
