Job Title: Damp & Mould Surveyor

Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Contractor in the Northwest to recruit for a Surveyor on a temporary basis.

The duties will include:

- Complete full property damp and mould assessments in tenanted properties
- Conduct a condition survey in order to establish the condition of the residence
- Complete inspections & reports per day
- Complete post inspection on larger jobs
- Survey properties to assess whether damage or issues were caused by damp and mould

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

- Damp & mould inspection experience within social housing
- Full UK Driving Licence (van provided)
