We are an organisation who strive to deliver exemplary care, support, and education for disabled children and adults across Scotland. We have always championed supporting disabled people to have full equality of opportunity and participation as citizens of Scotland.

We are currently looking for a residential care worker to our residential school team, helping promote as much independence as possible for our young residents. You will be in a position of trust with our clients, as you will be assisting them within their daily routines, including tasks such as personal care, getting them to where they need to be and supporting them emotionally when they need it most.

Aside from your daily care duties, we also want our residents to enjoy themselves We organise a number of day trips out with the school to help keep the kids active, as well as inhouse fun & games, including our infamous group movie nights.

Not only do we offer a fantastic working environment and an opportunity to really brighten up our kids’ days, but we can also guarantee you a full time contract. We aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to shifts, as we appreciate our staff also have their own personal commitments. All we ask in return is that you a reliable, caring & friendly individual, as this key to building trusted relationships with our group.
