Our client is a fast paced/ well-known provider with many locations/ sites across the South East of the UK. They have recently gone through substitutional growth. Based from home with some travel to locations on a weekly basis

The role: They have a need for a Regional HR/ER Advisor to support their sites with all aspect of HR. This is a great role for a person with ER experience, who is looking to build on their experience. Someone who wants an autonomous role that progress veryquickly. Your duties would include

Key responsibilities
- Supporting change management projects
- Prioritising workload
- Relationship building
- Employee engagement / staff retention
- Supporting a business going through change
- General HR reporting

Skills & qualifications
- End to end complex ER case management
- Highly organised, proven experience of prioritising your own caseload
- Previous experience of working in a similar fast paced environment
- Driving licence and car
