We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our EMEA HR Team as a HR Superstar, where you'll have the chance to make a real impact on our organization. Hybrid Working:3x a week based at the Bourne End office

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with business leaders to understand the organization's needs and implement innovative solutions that drive team success.
- Unleash your coaching prowess to help leaders master the art of performance management and support employees who need a little extra guidance to meet their full potential.
- Embody our company's values and culture, acting as a true champion and influencer.
- Facilitate talent review processes and guide the development plans of our exceptional employees.
- Participate actively in selecting top talent for key roles and future leaders.
- Be the voice of your client group, advocating for their needs in the design of our corporate programs, policies, and processes.
- Dazzle us with your training skills by delivering engaging sessions on HR processes, tools, leadership, and more (both live and online).
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints with a fair and empathetic approach.

**Qualifications**:
We're seeking an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives on challenges and isn't afraid to ask questions or push boundaries. If you're a people-oriented individual with a contagious outgoing personality, who can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, you're the perfect fit
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline (additional qualifications such as CIPD would be a plus).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial HR role or a similar field.
- Ready to embrace the office life and be present in the office three days a week.
- Proven ability to build strong and effective relationships with senior management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that can captivate audiences of all levels.
- Experience handling off-boarding and terminations with confidence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills that will take our HR initiatives to new heights.
