David Andrew are a growing property company requiring a senior negotiator or experienced negotiator for their Highbury office who can offer an excellent customer experience and service to our clients via the telephone, web or other channel. You will need to have had a minimum two years previous experience in the industry with a professional agency ideally located with in zone 1 or 2 or 3.

The package on offer will include a basic salary, commission, quarterly bonus scheme and car allowance and or company car. The OTE will between 35k and 45 K + incentives.

The role of the Senior Negotiator
- Support the lettings manager in growing our large market share
- Supervise junior staff when lettings manager out of the office
- Hit and surpass monthly targets
- To answer inbound enquiries via the internet, phone or in person, providing an effective and efficient service
- To maintain regular contact with landlords and tenants
- Support the lettings coordinator to ensure the tenants moves successfully into their new home.
- Showing potential applicants properties
- Maintaining customer relationships and building new relationships with potential clients
- ordering floorplans, photographs and EPC’s with our marketing company
- Compile board lists on a weekly bases
- Canvass local properties that present opportunities for the business.

- experience of working with and helping customers whilst understanding their needs
- empathy for a customer’s situation
- communication skills, both written and in speech
- accuracy with a good eye for detail
- a pleasant, friendly style capable of working as part of a team
- commitment to the aims and values of company

You will need to be motivated, passionate, determined and ambitious to be successful in our company.

You will be expected to a work every Saturday with a day off in the week. Our working hours are

Monday - Thursday - 9am - 6.30 pm

Friday 9am - 6pm

Saturday 9am - 4pm
