Tradewind are seeking a motivate, ambitious Year 3 teacher who is looking to make an impact and excel in their teaching career
On behalf of our client school, Tradewind are currently looking to appoint an outstanding KS2 teacher who will be responsible for Year 3 class in a wonderful school located in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Tameside This is a full-time role commencing February 2023 untilthe end of the academic year with the potential to go perm. This role offers an attractive salary beween £140- £200 per day and you will enrolled into a fantastic CPD programme with quality training delivered by experts in the education field.
This is an OFSTED rated 'Good' school which encourages high expectations of children. It has a strong child-centred approach and commitment to its core educational values and prides itself on school wide good behaviour and high academic achievement whichstems from a dedicated team of staff who are passionate about their role in school.
**About the Role**
As the Year 3 teacher, you will be responsible for a mixed-ability class of approximately 30 children every Friday. A strong curriculum knowledge (ideally of the Year 3 curriculum) is beneficial to the role and you will liaise with the other class teacher topass on feedback with regards to progress and attainment.
To be successful in this role as a Year 3 teacher, you will be required to:
- Teach effectively from planning to deliver lessons that promote engagement and achievement
- Be able to differentiate to meet individual needs
Be a great team player and liase with the class teacher to pass on feedback with regards to progress and attainment
- Uphold the morals, values and ethos of the school
- Build a positive rapport with children based on trust and respect and have high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
