Page Personnel are delighted to be partnered with a Not-for-Profit organisation based in Grantham in their search for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role that can offer someone real development andprogression within their finance career.
**Client Details**
Our client is a Not-for-Profit organisation that is part of a wider charitable organisation. They are a national organisation with their head office based in Grantham, easily commutable from Nottingham, Lincoln and Newark. My client invest in their staff,as demonstrated in their support towards professional development and have adapted to a hybrid, flexible working schedule with a minimum of two days working in the office.
**Description**
The Purchase Ledger Supervisor will manage and supervise the Purchase Ledger function alongside day to day purchase ledger duties which include processing purchase invoices, preparing payment runs, and preparing journals. The role is 75% hands on. Additionally,the Purchase Ledger Supervisor will manage a team of two Finance Administrative Assistants.
**Profile**
- Have experience working in a similar function
- Have a good understanding of the Purchase Ledger function
- Have strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Be able to manage and support junior members of staff
- Have excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Be from a Not-for-Profit background **(desirable)**
