Night Shift Supervisor

**Night Shift Supervisor (Hours 4.30pm to 3.30am, Mon to Thurs, Total 40 hours p/week)**

**Purpose**:To lead a team of 7 Operatives and work as part of the Factory Team manufacturing nutritional supplements to ISO9001 standards

**Main Duties**
- Responsible for acting in a safe manner and to protect yourself and others at all times.
- Development and delivery of key relationships with site management team and fellow Supervisors.
- To understand and drive key performance indicators (KPI’s) for delivery.
- To effectively manage the running of all production equipment to meet KPI’s and targets.
- Responsible for ensuring that equipment, operating environment and the factory remains clean and safe and runs to the required quality standards.
- To monitor and develop own skills and those of team members in line with business needs.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the warehouse operation to ensure raw materials and packaging are delivered on time and in good order, and any robot issues are communicated swiftly.
- To assist in the delivery of the site and wider company objectives.
- To adhere to site procedures and safe systems of work processes.
