- Performing periodic price audits to resolve price discrepancies.
- Managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure shop presentation standards are met.
- Awareness of trends in the retail market.

- Enforcing exceptional customer service, setting criteria for staff, establishing security and safety measures, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
