Our client, a leading charitable foundation are looking for Receptionist/Administrator with immediate effect.

JOB PURPOSE;
The successful applicant will provide high quality and efficient administrative support to the support services team by maintaining reception and operating the switchboard and completely support services administrative duties in line with the following:

- **Mission & Values.**
- Compliance with all necessary legal financial requirements.
- Best practice standards relating to the provision of support services.

**Working hours: 9am - 5pm**

**Total hours per week: 37.5 per week**

**Duties**:

- Cover reception from 1 - 5pm including breaks & holidays.
- Answering phones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet visitors, staff and stakeholders ensuring visitor passes are printed, recorded and returned on exit.
- Record incoming and eternal post on daily basis.
- Update database recording staff attending internal training.
- Administer recording of stamps and money received for postage.
- Ordering catering for meetings, training events etc.
- Organise ID badges for staff, students and volunteers.
- GDPR Data Input
- Working from 9am - 12.30pm to catalogue client and business information.
- Physical and electronic archiving.
- Ad hoc duties for GDPR.

**Required**:

- Experience within an office environment
- 1 years’ experience within an administrative role
- Experience with inbound / outbound calls

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
