Plant Fitter

We are currently looking for a mechanic to join our team.

They will be required to fix, repair, and maintain our fleet of vehicles alongside a team of other mechanics. They will be required to go on call outs if necessary, and answer calls from drivers during the day. They will also be required to order parts for vehicles if asked, and to find the best price from our list of suppliers.

The typical hours are 7am-5pm with lunch breaks paid. These hours can differ in the winter months if there is a matter of urgency that needs to be dealt with at the end of the day.

You will be required to report and fulfil any needs of our senior workshop staff. We have a fast paced atmosphere that want someone to fit into.

Saturday work is sometimes available, and you may be required to come in. We of course pay overtime for any hours outside of the 7-5 working hours.

There will be a 3 month probation period, if you fulfil our expectations then the contract will become permanent. We want to see if your ability lives up to what we need, alongside a good attitude.

Overalls provided. We are closed over the Christmas break, and bank holidays.
