**Textile De-Twisting Operatives in Holmfirth**

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm

**Pay Rate**: Days - £9.51 per hour, rising to £10.80 per hour (dependent on experience)

**Location**: HD9

**Job Purpose**:

- To assist in the preparation of Fabrics for dyeing and finishing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Re-sewing of cloth for the De-Twister.
- Ensuring fabric is sewn face to face at all times when sewing together at De-twister.
- Pushing carts from one area of the factory to another.
- Ensuring stacking and storage are such that it keeps walkways and access points clear.
- Following procedures on worksheets for different fabric qualities.
- Assisting in general preparation duties in the factory (MULTISKILLING).
- Keeping the machine in a clean and safe condition.
- Reporting any faults or inconsistencies to management.
- Adhering to health and safety policies and safe systems of work.

**Personal Competencies**:

- Good team working skills.

**NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.**
