Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trust is looking for 3 Dermatology Consultants

Dermatology is part of the General and Specialist Medicine division. Ashford and St Peters Hospital manages two dermatology departments; a unit based across the sites of St Peters Hospital (Chertsey, Surrey), Ashford Hospital (Ashford, Middlesex), and Woking Community Hospital (Woking, Surrey). The second unit is based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford, with its own dedicated team.

This post covers work in the department based at the St Peters, Ashford, Woking Hospital and Guildford & Waverley sites.

At ASPH, we have a team of five dedicated substantive consultants working in a friendly, flexible, and cohesive group. We are enthusiastic, welcoming, and proactive in supporting special interests.

We offer clinics in general and paediatric dermatology, a joint paediatric allergy-dermatology clinic, a pregnancy dermatoses clinic, patch testing clinic, biologics and systemics clinics, two week rule clinics, skin lesion clinics, complex cases clinic (attended by all the consultants), minor operative lists, as well as dermatopathology meetings.

We run local skin cancer multidisciplinary meetings attended by dermatology, maxillofacial surgeons, plastic surgeons, histopathologist and our own two skin cancer specialist nurses.
