**Job Title - **Office Administrator (part-time)
**Salary - **£14,300 - £15,600 (pro-rata 25 hrs per week)
**Location - **Westhoughton, Greater Manchester
**Job Type - **Part-time, 5 hrs a day Monday-Friday
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking to appoint an Office Administrator, with previous experience of Admin and Payroll within any industry. They are looking for someone who will be working closely with the senior leadership team across the company, in order to deliver HR and Payroll administrative support.
**The Role**
- Carrying out day-to-day HR administrative duties
- Issuing new starter details
- Writing letters & updating documents to People HR
- Producing monthly reports for payroll
- Overseeing annual compliance dates, ensuring tasks are completed.
- Liaising with external contractors.
- Ad hoc duties including filing and archiving.
**The Person**
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £14,300.00-£15,600.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
