The post holder will have professional responsibility for a defined population/caseload and lead the delivery & organisation of the Public Health programme, delivering the nursing component of the School Health Programme to a school age population within a defined number of schools and special schools.
Based within the community setting, the practitioner is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care offered to families, with particular attention to safeguarding children. They will be responsible for coordinating and delegating work within a skill mix team.

The post holder will have professional responsibility for a defined population/caseload and lead the delivery & organisation of the public health program.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential.
