**Hours per week: Monday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday - 07:30 - 16:30 - 32 hours per week**

**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Recycling Waste Operative to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client’s site in York.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining overall cleanliness of the site: and ensuring all waste streams are recycled correctly.
- Bailing cardboard and plastic ready for recycling.
- Overseeing waste segregation onsite. Wood, glass, metal, paper, cardboard, and electrical waste.
- Make Managers aware of any items believed to be hazardous is reported.
- Cleaning and organising the yard area during each shift.

**About You**:

- A background in cleaning would be advantageous.
- Flexible with working hours and days.
