RECRUITMENTiQ is working with a leading Glasgow-based luxury boutique that specializes in couture bridal and evening wear gowns, to assist with their recruitment of a full-time Sales Stylist.

**The Role**

Shopping for and purchasing your wedding dress is all about having an amazing and memorable experience, so you will be required to excel in all areas of customer service. Whilst the role is incredibly fun, it is also hard work. You will be managing emotional customers, therefore a calm, friendly and kind approach is always a must.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personalised one-on-one private styling appointments
- Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience supporting the Sales Manager to inspire the team
- Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
- Support the Sales Manager in implementing focuses and goals to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories & occasional range
- Have a high standard of commitment and work ethic as there is extensive product knowledge to be learned
- Be the face of our brand, acting as our brand ambassador.
- An expert and go-to for the team in product knowledge
- Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Visual merchandising of the showroom
- Support the Sales Manager in the management of showroom samples reporting when they require repairs or cleaning.

**Experience and Skills**
- Excellent track record of exceeding key performance indicators and achieving excellent sales results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the customer journey
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information across a wide range of high-quality products
- Have a strong multi-tasking ability and be hardworking
- Highest standard of attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and extra shifts as needed
- Ability to perform intermediate IT and administration tasks
- Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry.

It is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week, which may be negotiable to 4 days, with a salary pro-rated according to experience. There is a salary of £21,000, as well as a commission on sales and bonuses.
