If you've just finished college, university or are wanting to gain experience within education, then this is the opportunity to do so. Our local St. Helens Secondary Schools are looking for additional support to help their pupils throughout the remainder of the academic year in various capacities including but not limited to Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor and Exam Invigilator work.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in lessons; setting up an effective classroom environment, supporting pupils that need that little bit of extra help, assessing pupils against their learning goals and most importantly, getting stuck in.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will stand in in the absence of the regular teacher, overseeing behaviour and ensuring the set work is completed to a high standard, the role of a Cover Supervisor would be suited to an individual looking to progress into a potential teaching career.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will supervise students under exam conditions and ensure the integrity of the examination is ensured.

- Reference-able experience working with secondary aged students
- Ideally a child related qualification
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK

Pay for the work above ranges from £76 - £90 per day or from £11.68 per hour for Exam Invigilation.
