Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of **Stop Smoking Adviser** at **Havant**. This is a** Full or Partime fix term contract until 31 September 2023. (extension may be possible)** with a salary of** 23000.**

This is a public facing community-centered role with a focus on helping people and will involve travel around Hampshire. The successful applicant will be allocated company mobile phone and a laptop to enable them to carry out the role.

Training will be provided.

**Personal Specification**

Knowledge of behaviour change models and the problems experienced by socially disadvantaged sectors of the community.

A strong understanding of the impact of smoking on health is essential.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**

A Level or equivalent qualifications.

Knowledge of a specialist field acquired through relevant experience or further education background.

IT skills and experiance with data inputting.

A certified NCSCT Practitioner is desirable.
