- Our client is looking for a reliable all-rounder, able to help with small and larger jobs around a 10-acre property._

- Internal and external decorating/maintenance of property and outbuildings.
- Repair and maintenance of guttering to property.
- Basic Tiling.
- Cleaning garden furniture.
- Maintaining terraces.
- Maintaining Tennis Court.
- Must be comfortable around dogs and chickens.
- Care & maintenance for chickens.
- Help gardeners when required.
- Vehicle washing.
- Work at other local properties when required.
- Monday to Friday Hours 8.00. to 4pm (Can be flexible)
- Must be flexible for emergencies.
- Own vehicle and full license.
- Annual Leave - 20 days plus statutory Bank Holidays. Increasing on length of service.
