**RNIB is looking for a Supporter Care Officer within their Operations Team.**

We are looking for an organised, customer-oriented individual who has a keen sense of attention to detail, focusing on all moving areas of a fundraising campaign and is great at finding solutions to operational issues to facilitate every supporter's fundraisingjourney.

RNIB's Supporter Care Operations Team pride ourselves in providing excellent levels of customer care to our supporter, donors, volunteers and internal stakeholders.? The quality of service we provide helps to protect and retain the valuable income we receivein order to provide our varied services to the blind and partially sighted community.?

**What you'll be doing**

Working alongside other fundraising and service delivery teams, you'll be responsible for being present at all fundraising kick off meetings and status calls, making a note of and flagging any operational considerations and concerns; and using the informationprovided to you to create response fulfilment briefings to our external fulfilment agencies. You will also assist with the review and approval of fundraising creative, thank you letter proofs, online donation forms and telemarketing scripts to ensure theycapture the expected data of our supporters, are compliant with artwork specifications and GDPR. Based in London, the role will also involve occasionally travelling to the main office to assist the Supporter Care Fulfilment Team with the opening of post andbatching of income as well as attending external meetings.

**What you'll need to succeed in this role**
- Experience in providing great customer
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to work well within a team but also confident in taking independent ownership of tasks
- Ability to work on multiple activities at the same time
- Great analytical skills to observe and review information provided to you and extrapolate details into briefings and reports

**The role/team environment**

The role sits within a team of 3 people where you will report directly to the Supporter Care Manager - Operations. This will involve 1 - 2 days in the office a week and the rest working from home.
