Commercial plumber covering Midlands

We are looking for experienced, a skilled plumber to join our growing team who have an excellent work ethic and a proven track record of completing works to a high standard

**Requirements**:

- NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in plumbing
- Must have at least 3 years Plumbing experience (Preferably Reactive Maintenance)
- Full clean UK Driving Licence

Job role as a Reactive maintenance plumber:

- Responding to reactive repairs and breakdowns
- Identifying and rectifying a wide range of Commercial plumbing problems including leak detection, and general servicing of plumbing related goods
- Installations of plumbing fixtures and appliances
- Filling out completion reports with full details of each job and your works plus any recommendations
- Comply with statutory Health and Safety obligations at all times
- Must strive to achieve 'First Time Fix' on all reactive jobs''Duties:'''
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble and install pipes and fittings
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems
- Respond to plumbing emergencies or service calls in a timely manner'''Qualifications:'''
- Previous experience as a plumber or in a related field is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demandi
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
