**About the Role**

As our Customer Care Advisor, you'll be a pivotal part of our team, responsible for ensuring that our company achieves its goals of speed, accuracy, and choice. You'll be:

- **Delivering Exceptional Service**: Provide detailed product information and assistance, resolve queries, and process orders with precision and efficiency.
- **Building Relationships**: Liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all involved.
- **Growing with Us**: Engage in pro-active sales promotions, cross-selling, and staff training. With opportunities for additional responsibilities in line with our future growth.

**Salary**: From £20,052.00 per year
