**Project Manager - Residential Developer**

**£75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance - Winchester**

We are currently working with one of the UK’s biggest residential developers who are looking for a project manager to deliver a new, high value, apartment led development from groundworks to completion in Southampton.

Typically, these developments will consist of low-rise apartments and traditionally built houses of 50-100 units.You will oversee sub-contractors, a site manager and an assistant site manager. This developer is renowned for quality and design, and has strongfinancial backing.

**Key tasks include**:

- Helping to appoint an appropriate team of subcontractors to carry out the delivery phases of your given projects, and manage them throughout the process.
- Ensuring that your project is completed efficiently and within a manageable time frame, by arranging regular progress reports, and compiling information from internal teams.
- Monitor site performance in line with the build programme and address any issues causing delays.
- Effectively manage the site management team and ensure they are fully resourced with clear guidelines of their own responsibilities whilst providing full support to achieve their deadlines as well as providing effective communication, training and development.
- Experience on residential projects
- Taking projects from start to completion
