**Salary: OTE £40k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious **Sales Negotiator **to forge a career within a long-established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in the Gidea Park area.

***Skills: The skills required for this **Sales Negotiator** (Estate Agency) role will include**:

- Previous agency experience
- Good verbal communication, self-confident & persuasive
- Customer focussed, and results orientated
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Local knowledge of Gidea Park and surround areas helpful
- Full UK driving licence and own car
