**ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT**

As the successful Accounts Assistant, you will assist your colleagues ensuring all Finance related tasks are carried out effectively within the department.

You will join a fun, friendly and enthusiastic team. There is also the potential to gain your AAT if you haven't already got this under your belt

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Invoice processing (Sales & Purchase Ledger)
- Liaising with third party providers, customers, and suppliers
- Assisting Purchase & Sales ledger Clerks with reconciliations
- Processing cash/card payments both in and out
- Keeping confidential information secure
- Maintaining the general ledger
- Carrying out other general administrative tasks as and when required, to support the finance department

**WHAT WE NEED?**
- Experience using Sage and Microsoft Office is preferable but not essential
- Naturally good with numbers
- Organised with the ability to work accurately and under pressure
- Previous similar experience within Finance or Accounts
- Fantastic written and spoken communication skills
- A proactive can-do attitude and be a strong multi-tasker
- To be self-motivated and well organised
- A strong work ethic
