**Weighbridge Operator**

An opportunity has arisen for a Weighbridge Operator to join the team based at our site in Glenrothes. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week.

The successful applicant will be an individual who can work under their own initiative and is confident dealing with both internal and external customers.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Processing weighbridge transactions.
- Liaising with drivers and customers.
- Document management: processing waste transfer notes and weighbridge paperwork.
- Have a proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy along with timely completion of all activities
- Possess strong computer knowledge/IT skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Be a team player who can also work on their own and use their own initiative.

**Pay and Benefits**:

- 40 hours per week, 9am to 6pm
- Earn up to £24,000 per annum basic
- 30 days holiday entitlement inclusive of statutory days.
