You will be an experienced Social Media Managerthat plans, leads and organises social media marketing for a busy and growing business.

To be successful in this role you will need have a passion for the fast-paced and every changing world of social media and always strive to improve and seek new ways to create highly successful organic social media campaigns. You must be able to work to tight deadlines, be professional and approachable, creative and proactive, hardworking and a doer. A born problem solver is required for this role as is the ability to work with clients worldwide.

**Working schedule**:Mon to Fri hours to be confirmed based on the company’s needs, but a great deal of flexibility is always required with some weekend work required occasionally.

**Main Duties**
- Plan and execute organic social media campaigns and schedules for clients. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
- Creating a social media content strategy and content calendar to align with business objectives
- Schedule and monitor content across all platforms to promote brand awareness and lead generation
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence with support from the Marketing Manager
- Measure and report performance of campaigns across all social media platforms, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Ensure marketing strategies are on brand and communicated across the business
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize content, spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies alongside the Marketing Manager
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with outside agencies and liaise with other team members to generate the effective campaigns to increase sales
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide training, and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Support and help create seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Create feedback and source new ways for improving processes
- Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
- Create original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote client organisations and brands alongside the Marketing Manager
- Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
- Undertake audience research
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
- Identify consumer trends to help with planning organic social media campaigns
- Optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
- Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyse competitor activity
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Encourage collaboration across teams and departments

**Requirements**:

- You have experience and a successful track record in organic social media marketing campaigns
- Demonstrable experience in managing social media and digital marketing systems
- Strong and detailed knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling support systems
- You can work at a fast pace, and are capable of working autonomously to a strategy
- Reporting to our Operations Manager and Marketing Manager
- Strong attention to detail
- Personal track record of excellence and persistence
- Able to communicate at all levels and highly responsive
- Able to take instruction and execute to a high standard
