**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the renewables sector. Conduct research to identify emerging talent pools, skill gaps, and recruitment challenges, providing insights to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the renewables or energy industry.
- Understanding of the USA renewables market, including key players, technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Working hours will be until 10pm UK to ensure market coverage.
Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
