**Accounts Assistant - Permanent, Part Time 16 - 20 Hours per week**

We are one of a small Group, with the Head Office based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The Group comprises of glamping site(s), cafe, hotel and various property Companies. People are at the heart of our businesses and we have built up a loyal and higly expereienced workforce who are key to our ongoing success. This particular role will be predominantly focused on a Glamping site and Cafe, but the successful applicant may be required to assist in other areas of the Group. This role is not remote and will require some travelling to the sites.
- Assist with data input and general bookkeeping
- Sales Ledger - Prepare invoices both manually and via upload, chase damage payments, process bacs/cash/cheques, reconcile against remittances in Xero
- Purchase Ledger - Analyse code and process invoices, reconcile statements in Xero
- Bank - Reconcile month end statements
- Control Accounts - reconcile cash and PDQ control bank accounts
- Credit Card Statements - Analyse code and process receipt, reconcile statements in Xero
- Payroll - Collate payroll information and maintain annual leave records
- Scanning and filing of paperwork
- Assist with month and year end procedures
- Assist with Group reconciliations

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
