Dispatch Administrator

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our client in Chippenham who are seeking a Dispatch Administrator to join the team.

This role will be a crucial role where you will be managing customer orders on a daily basis and ensuring stock is allocated to the correct departments ready for dispatching.

**Key Tasks/ Duties**:

- Checking through picking slips and loading plans
- Booking in customer orders
- Allocating reference numbers for order collections
- Entering updates and adjustments into the computer system
- Reconciling daily dispatch and stock figures
- Collating information from picking slips for KPIs
- Allocating stock

This role will be a mix of office working and some work within the factory so ideally someone who has some manufacturing experience would be desirable but not essential.

You will also be a good communicator, able to think logically, ability to work well within a team and often independently at times with great attention to detail.

We are also looking for someone with strong Microsoft skills including excel.

Working hours ate Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 with an hourly pay of £10.60 per hour (£22k Circa) If you would liek to be considered then please get in touch today.
