We are a professional, family-ran business, specializing in campervan conversions. We are a small, independent, bespoke business, who specialise in building big one off design builds. Our work is widely recognized for it’s attention to detail and pushing the limits of what can be achieved. Our workshops are equipped with the latest tools and materials needed to build the perfect campervan. We use only the best materials and craftsmanship to ensure the campervan is designed and built to the exact specifications. Our team of highly experienced professionals, are on hand to answer any questions the client may have, throughout the process. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service that will leave the client with a campervan they can be proud of. Initially Formed by Carter and Rey in 2020, the business has expanded to a small team each with specialist skill areas to ensure only the best campervans leave the doors on the CXR workshop.We believe that the customer always comes first - and that means one size does not fit all. Each vehicle is designed and hand crafter to their exact requirements. We collectively have over 100 years Automotive and Carpentry experience and this number keeps on growing.

Day to day duties include, but exclusive to;
- Designing and building custom furniture to go into a campervan.
- Maintenance and servicing of machinery.
- Insulating, Boarding and carpeting vehicles, as well as cutting out windows.

College Training: You will attend college 1 day per week, where you will gain a Level 2 Carpenrty and Joinery apprenichips standard, when sucessfully completed.

In House training: Extensive in house training is provided, This includes, safe use of machinery, H&S, best practice, servicing, basic vehicle knowledge and maintenance, hand tool skills and much more.

Once qualified, the apprentice will have the opportunity to continue on with us and continue to grow within the company, as a custom campervan builder.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £10,982.40-£21,673.60 per year
