**CAD/CAM Engineer, Wednesbury, £27-32k**

My client is a leading manufacturing company offering laser cutting, tube manipulation and additional operations. They are actively looking to recruit a proven CAD/CAM Engineer for their Laser Division.
The role of a CAD/CAM engineer is to produce drawings to a high-quality standard, offline program our lasers, also time and cost jobs for the sales team.
Responsibilities will include:
- *Creating 3D models and accompanying drawings.
*Working with production documentation and interpreting customer instructions.
*Quality checking own work.
*Using measuring equipment.
*Produce high quality drawings.
*Create 3D models in Artube & Trumpf.
*Amend existing parts.
*Speaking directly to customers when there are issues with drawings.
*Programming jobs in Artube & Trumpf.
*Timing and costing for sales in Artube & Trumpf.
*Producing model files for customers when required.
*Maintain drawing standards.
Standard office hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 4:30PM Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM
