REED in Teesside are looking for talented professionals to conduct business research, creating reports based on data found online relating to a specific client within the UK.

You will be well organised with a customer focused mindset with a keen eye for detail and an analytical flare - you will enjoy working with research and data, compiling reports for your clients.

You will have responsibility for:

- Researching markets, and identifying the companies and trends within industries
- Maximising revenue growth and customer satisfaction through editing activity
- Completing the editing of industry titles against agreed quality standards
- Working in conjunction with the Global Insights Team to analyse region-specific data sets
- Management of customer enquiries and interactions in English and resolving any issues within agreed timeframes

You will have:

- Excellent written and spoken level in English
- Attention to detail at all times
- Ability to take initiative to solve problems and take responsibility for own workload
- Initiative to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills and working knowledge of Excel
- Previous experience gained within a B2B sector would be beneficial

Working Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00 with 22 days holidays plus bank holidays.
