Quality Inspector

We now seek a **Quality Inspector** to join our team based in Lanarkshire. You must have experience within an engineering environment to be considered for this role.

The role will cover vendor and manufacturing shop floor quality inspection activities, inspection of incoming goods at Consarc and its vendor base, plus shop floor in process inspection:
The incoming goods portion will include the inspection of a range of engineering product including:

- Fabrication/weldments in both mild steel and stainless steel
- Machined components to tight engineering tolerances in a range of materials, aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, brass etc
- Industrial plastics machined to drawings
- Other engineered items that have quality considerations

You will be expected to be experienced in the use of micrometers, callipers, verniers and other engineering measuring equipment.

The in-process portion will cover the inspection of assemblies to drawings, checking dimensions, finish and ensuring all necessary parts are in place.

07:30 - 16:15 Monday - Thursday

07:30 - 12:30 Friday
