Garment Technologist

**Competitive Salary**

As our new Garment Technologist, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the production of our fashion line from initial samples to final bulk manufacturing and dispatch.

With a solid grasp of garment construction and ideally the ability to use CAD systems, you'll be at the forefront of quality control and product development.

Your responsibilities will include creating and grading patterns, managing samples, and overseeing fit sessions to ensure our garments meet the highest standards. You'll collaborate with customers to create detailed tech packs, work with our production lines to ensure smooth operations, and drive innovation through research into new fabrics and construction techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work alongside customer accounts to create tech packs
- Collate & confirm bill of materials for each style
- Create, amend and grade patterns, working to customer specifications and following tech packs
- Sample management: including garment measuring
- Work with the sampling team to problem solve and identify the correct action plan
- Pattern development
- Fit session management, including sizing & grading
- Work with our customers to manage the fabric and product testing, ensuring all required compliance is in place
- Product costings
- Help with production knowledge sharing and providing cross-function communication to marketing and customer services
- Research new fabrics and construction techniques
- Review and improve processes and operations, working closely with our on-site production lines
- Manage test reports, quality checks, care labels and supplier manuals
- Request AQL reports from your suppliers and manage the production seal process

Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, office based
