**TEMPORARY LECTURERS - ACCESS AND PROGRESSION**

**FACULTY OF ACCESS AND PROGRESSION**

**£35,170-£43,357 per annum pro rata**

Reporting to the Academic Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the teaching and development of the curriculum across the Department of Access and Progression.

Qualified to Degree Level (SCQF level 9) and with experience of working with learners with Additional Support Needs, and behaviourally challenged students, you must have a good understanding of current developments within this specialist area. You will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to motivate and encourage learners to engage in learning, develop key skills and realise their potential to achieve.

Possession of a teaching qualification and assessor or verifier units would be advantageous and you will ideally have experience in delivering and developing the Further Education curriculum.

An effective communicator and a highly motivated individual, you will have the ability to work to deadlines and on your own initiative.

This post may involve a cross-college teaching remit
