We have an opportunity for a Stores Team Lead to join us in this role within our team, essential in the coordination of activities relating to the receipt and stock of materials.

**A little more about the role**

You will lead a team of Stores colleagues, ensuring that they **have clear day to day works instructions, guidance and adopt safe ways of working at all times.**

**Key responsibilities include**
- **Ensure all team members are working efficiently and effectively to meet targets, providing guidance and direction as required**:

- **Ensure goods are received accurately and acceptable to quality standards & instructions**:

- ** Store goods in a timely manner and ensure that storage is effective and fit for purpose to maintain integrity and quality**:

- **Carry out regular perpetual cycle counts**:

- **Work with a range of stakeholders in support of stores related objectives**

**About You**

You will need an understanding or stock control and goods receipt/general logistics procedures and ideally have experience of managing a team of colleagues within a similar manufacturing environment.

You will have exceptional attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and across teams.

You will also need a basic level of IT skills and exposure to MRP systems would be a distinct advantage.

A valid FLT licence with accompanying experience would also be an advantage.
