**About the role and our team**
Are you interested in a front of house receptionist post? Join our large, close-knit team within the Older Persons Mental Health Service (OPMHS)
In this role you will provide front line telephone and reception services for OPMHS, and work collaboratively with the administration team to provide administrative support to professionals based within the service.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manning the reception desk and dealing with face to face general enquiries
- Dealing with incoming calls from clients, family members and professionals within the Mental Health team and external agencies
- Ensuring all relevant information pertaining to new or existing clients is recorded on the client database
- Scanning and uploading client documentation and correspondence to the database

Please note a basic police check is required for this post,** **which Manx Care will cover the cost of for you. Please note if you have lived for more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 5 years, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from the appropriate authorities in the relevant locations, please read the guidance about how to obtain this letter.
A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
