**Administrator/Personal Assistant**
As well as operating as the PA to the MD of this small thriving Building company, you will also in effect be the office Manager.You will work part of the week from the office in Cranleigh and part from home.A flexible approach is needed as this smallcompany is growing and providing their customers with good customer service is paramount to them.
**Salary**: up to £22,500 with a 10% performance bonus - full time basis 40hr week

**Duties**
- Full access to inboxes, which will need to be closely monitored (both incoming and outgoing mail) and dealing with all enquiries immediately, setting up appointments for the MD and following up on quotes, client requests, client questions and all othertasks
- Organise and manage the MD’s diary, setting meetings and reminders
- Assisting the MD in all his daily tasks
- Managing all schedules for ongoing and future projects and dealing with all potential conflicts between projects and/or manpower requirements.
- Dealing with frequent queries from staff and clients - including any complaints
- Overview and management of renovation/maintenance projects including managing clients, contractors, suppliers with a view of meeting schedule and budgets constraints
- Proactive diary management for all companies’ diaries
- Ensuring incoming and outgoing messages are recorded and conveyed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Meeting preparation, taking minutes, typing out notes, quotes and scope of works and subsequently distributing to all relevant parties in a confidential manner
- Assist with marketing & sales promotions when required
- Assist the ~MD with all professional and personal ad-hoc projects
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to achieve the companies objectives.
