**About Our Client**:
Our client are an award-winning employer of choice, due to huge recent growth and expansion they are able to increase their offering of progression, variety and opportunities they are now seeking an Finance Administrator to join them on their journeyYou will be working within a growing supportive team based in Chester with progression, training and exceptional management

The key responsibilities of the Finance Administrator include:

- To assist in the efficient processing of sales invoices and credits, ensuring correct levels of approval and correct coding to the accounts
- Processing and controlling of the EDI sales invoice process for invoicing all sales including reviewing any system warnings
- Setting up Accounts Receivable DD collection runs, reporting and forecast
- Managing commercial utility accounts for large portfolio of property and housing
- Processing of Accounts Payable invoices from all areas of the business
- Processing of cash receipts and payments from bank statements.
- Assisting with the annual company audit in providing information to auditors.
- To ensure all customer changes are accurately reflected in the accounting system within established deadlines
- Adhoc duties as required by the Manager

**The Successful Applicant**:

- The successful Finance Administrator will have:
- Experience within an accountancy role
- Experience of double entry bookkeeping - Highly desirable- Willingness to learn and develop within finance
- Proficient in Excel including V-Look Ups and Pivot tables would be beneficial
- AAT studier or relevant degree - Desirable but not essential- Excellent organisation skills
- Comfortable communicating via telephone
- Professional working attitude
- Experience using accounting software
