Handy Man

**Job description**
- Chestnut Morgan Property Development was founded in 2015 and has been going from strength to strength due to the high quality workmanship that we provide, where we offer a bespoke, 'High End' service. We are also able to carry out sympathetic restoration work, which would include Grade 2 Listed buildings for example, along with getting involved in other interesting projects.

We are a small company based just outside Leighton Buzzard with a workforce of around 8 permanent staff, but we also deal with a lot of subcontractors too. We mainly operate as a team, working together in a 'team effort' to get the job done.

We are looking for a handy man, ideally with digger/driver experience to join our team on a sub-contractor basis that would have the following requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years plant driving experience or competence shown
- Driving licence and own transport
- Ability to work off scaffolding when necessary
- Some basic tools, although not essential.

Responsibilities would include:

- Driving and operating a digger with competence (ticket not required)
- Some hand digging may also be required
- Lifting, carrying and assisting the trades where needed.
- Helping to keep the site clean and tidy
