The core business of Flint Consulting Limited (Flint) is to provide technical services and specialist
resourcing to Tier-1 and Tier-2 Operators and Vendors predominantly in the ICT sector. This role as
Strategic Resourcing Operational Manager is key to secure the UK’s core business in delivering an
effective recruitment function to meet the business goals and objectives.
This is a great role for an experienced recruiter or resourcing partner who has experience managing
a diverse team. You will be responsible for the operational running of the team including reporting,
managing the recruitment processes, escalations, and other operational duties.
You must have experience managing the end-end recruitment and selection process, ideally within
an In-house role as well as an agency background. You will ideally have managed a small team or
have had indirect reports into you. The role requires an individual with a proven track record of
success in management, performance measurement and employee motivation.

This is a hybrid role, location: Watford/Remote.

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
**The overall purpose of this role is**:

- Manage and mentor the Resourcing Team’s development to meet business needs

**The key responsibilities are as follows**:

- Support the Head of Strategic Resourcing with the intent to drive forward meaningful
- Responsible for day-to-day management, performance reviews, dimensioning, mentoring,
development, workloads and prioritisation of the SR Team through regular meetings, setting
objectives, training plans and appraisals
- Responsible to ensure SR maintains accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking
Active Offer log on SharePoint
- Maximise the CRM software to achieve placements and drive profits in line with budgets and
the business plan / strategy.
- Responsible for Reporting Metrics to the Business of SR performance - No. New Role, No. CV
Submissions, No. Interviews, No. of Won/Lost/Cancelled Roles, Recruiter Performance as per
Process and Tools, Average Margin on New Roles, Performance against placement targets.
Be innovative to develop, fine-tune and execute results-driven, scalable strategies to source,
recruit and retain top talents
- Responsible for compiling monthly performance reports for the Head of Strategic Resourcing
for presentation at the Flint Strategic Management Team
- Responsible for presenting monthly reports to Flint UK Operational Management Team of SR
Metrics and Issues
- Responsible for Weekly Updates to Sales Teams
- Aware of Commercial Terms with Partners and ensure back off with Customer Terms
(cascaded) so Flint are not commercially exposed
- Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process and
drive innovation and efficiency
of requirements.
- Responsible for the success of the Strategic Resourcing function, collaborating with peers
and partners to remove obstacles and enhance the hiring experience
stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview, negotiation and offer process.
- Responsible to identify and harness appropriate Job boards/profiling tools/social media to
identify talent across all territories

**Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**
**Essential Skills/Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years’ experience within recruitment
- Extensive full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Understanding UK Laws and Legislation (Recruitment, Agency Worker), EAA and IR35
- Experience of analysing recruitment team performance and developing strategies to
improve further
- Demonstrable experience of partnering with and managing the expectations of a variety of
internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools
- Strong time management, attention to detail and ability to multi-task across concurrent
projects
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential and sensitive information
- Strong customer focus

**Desirable**:

- A proven track record in in-house recruitment (or similar experience in an RPO/Consultancy
setup)
- Client facing with the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders
- Proven record of delivering effectively and meeting deadlines
- Engaging with strong communication skills
- Experience delivering high volume recruitment to fast growing, technology focussed
companies
- Customer Relationship Management
