We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to work in our office in Nottingham.

The role will involve working alongside the Managing Director and Sales Manager to help generate appointments for the Sales team and improving customer service and relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with existing customers to keep them updated on the progress of their machine
- Help increase customer satisfaction rate
- Generate appointments for the sales team
- Maintain an accurate CRM with customer information
- Help improve communication within the company through effective record keeping
- Helping with marketing efforts i.e. networking events, trade shows, social media etc.

**Role Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills with customers
- Confident telephone manner
- Target driven
- Resilient & Self-motivated
- Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to learn new technologies
- Forward and independent thinking
